Vintage Art Deco Brass Dolphin Countertop T Bar Jewelry Necklaces Display Stand

This is a vintage Art Deco brass dolphin-top countertop T bar jewelry holder display stand.
I would estimate it dates circa 1930s or 1940s.
The entire piece measures 16 3/4 inches tall to the top of the dolphin (42.5 cm). The bars measure 11 1/2 inches wide and the base measures 4 1/2 inches wide (29.2 cm, 11.4 cm).
I am fairly certain this was used to hold jewelry such as necklaces and earrings. Of course, you could get creative and use it for something else.
The piece has a few issues. The center bar is a little crooked and therefore the three T bars are all a little crooked, slanting downward towards the right. The base has four cracks at the bottom. It is still very solid and sturdy though. The entire piece is covered in tarnishing and general wear.
