Bulgarian M51/75 Military Steel Helmet With "Public Enemy" Scratched Into Front

This is a Bulgarian M51/75 Military Steel Helmet With "Public Enemy" Scratched Into Front. This helmet is in good condition with no dents, dings, or tears. It has definitely been used by a soldier as there are sweat stains on the liner, although the liner is complete and in good condition.  All the original paint is still there with almost no rust.  The leather chinstrap is a little stiff but wroks fine and has no major tears in it.  Although i cant find a size marking on the helmet, it fitsme witha little room to spare, so i suspesct its a size 59 large, making this helmet more valued as most people can wear it comfortably.
